Tintometer
The tintometric system developed by the Invebi research and development laboratory is a cutting-edge solution for the production and reproduction of pigmented finishes. This system, available with both water and solvent, allows to obtain polyurethane, acrylic, nitro, epoxy, synthetic or water based finishes for both indoor and outdoor applications, with a quick and long-lasting drying over time.
The tintometric system of Invebi is the infallible assistant for the realization of your colors. It is composed of three main components. First, there is “the mind”, which is the computer in which the communication software necessary to interface the spectrophotometer with the tintometer are preinstalled. The computer is also used to store all formulations in a dedicated database, to better manage customer reorders with maximum precision and speed.
Next, we find “the eye”, which is the X-rite Ci5X spectrophotometer combined with the specific software provided by the parent company. This tool allows the color reading with maximum precision and is essential to verify the colors during production, ensuring continuity and high quality standards.
Last but not least, there is “the steady hand”, which is the model A4b Santint automatic tintometer with 16 baskets of 3.8 liters. This machine allows the dispensing with guaranteed precision up to 0.015 ml, allowing rapid and precise dispensing with continuity in weighing and maximum reliability in color reproduction. The fundamental aim of this system is to obtain the maximum possible homogeneity between the product made with the INVEBI tinting system and the standard colour.

The INVEBI tinting system has been developed in order to meet the expectations of customers through the use of the best raw materials and the most precise software and machinery, being products that are in a high quality range, are therefore intended for professional use. The high quality standards allow to meet, at the same time, both the qualified professional and the private user who is still attentive to the result and the real value of the product.
Coloring pastes are one of the key points of the system and must, therefore, ensure the continuity of their quality standards, for this reason the production cycle is constantly monitored.
Through the INVEBI laboratory, product standards are verified during all production phases to ensure maximum consistency, in fact, all pastes are subjected to a specific color, density and colorimetric yield control in order to guarantee a constant reproducibility of the colours.
Universal pastes: the choice of using universal pastes allows you to paint a wide spectrum of products ranging from polyurethane, nitro, epoxy, acrylic, synthetic paints up to fast drying enamel.
Stability: all pastes have a good stability over time, it is always recommended to use the older productions first.
The tinting program allows the reproduction of the folders provided by the system in addition to the standard color chart of each product.

We recommend the introduction in the Converters of our production of wire and under agitation Pastes even if the drastic introduction and the shaking of the product subsequently give an optimal result.
